SPRING_RE launches consultation for Regis Road

SPRING_RE, the regeneration arm of Joseph Homes, has announced the first public consultation events for its proposals to transform three key sites within the Regis Road Growth Area in Kentish Town – Fairfax Meadow, Brown’s Lane, and the Royal Mail site.

The vision is to create a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable new neighbourhood that delivers much-needed new homes, purpose-built student and co-living accommodation, flexible commercial space for local businesses and creatives, and generous new public spaces.

The proposals will open up 700 metres of new walking and cycling routes, linking Kentish Town High Street with Gospel Oak and the wider green corridor to Hampstead Heath.

Joseph Rajah, Joseph Homes CEO, said:

“We’re delighted to launch the first stage of consultation for SPRING_Kentish Town, which represents a major opportunity to deliver a new kind of neighbourhood for Kentish Town, one that is inclusive, creative and rooted in social purpose. Our proposals are about more than new homes; they aim to create a lasting legacy of social value through strong partnerships with local organisations that champion creativity, wellbeing and opportunity.

“Working alongside Camden Council’s vision for the Camden Film Quarter, we’re proud to be contributing to a shared ambition to make this area a thriving hub for culture, community and innovation. We’re looking forward to hearing from local people as we shape this exciting new chapter for Kentish Town together.”

Local residents, businesses and stakeholders are invited to attend one of two drop-in events to view the emerging plans, speak to the project team, and share feedback:

  • Saturday 29 November 2025
    10:00am – 2:00pm
St Patrick’s Primary School, Holmes Rd, London NW5 3AH
  • Tuesday 2 December 2025
    2:00pm – 6:00pm
Greenwood Centre, 37 Greenwood Pl, London NW5 1LB

This is the first stage of public consultation. Feedback from these events will help shape a more detailed set of proposals, which will be presented at a second consultation next year before a planning application is submitted to Camden Council.
